Assalamu Alaikum everyone,
I believe that if we can start a business within the next three years, then it will be possible to establish the business. But if we start after three years, then establishing it will no longer be possible. Because by the time we develop the business, three years will already be gone, and after that, it will take another four to five years for the business to become properly established. That means three plus five—eight years at least to be fully established. In my opinion, after ten years many of us will start facing health issues, and gradually one after another, we will pass away. At that point, what will we do with this land and money? I believe, what I cannot enjoy myself is meaningless. Therefore, whatever needs to be done, the right time is now. Otherwise, nothing will be possible anymore, because we will not have the time.
3-Year Business Plan (Before & After) .
Year 1:
Foundation Stage:
Before: Business idea in the initial stage, limited customers, low recognition.
After: Business officially launched, initial marketing and branding done, first customers acquired.
✅ Advantages: Builds brand awareness. Gains early customers and feedback. Requires relatively lower investment to start.
❌ Disadvantages: High risk, no guarantee of income. Requires strong cash flow management. Limited resources for expansion.
Year 2:
Growth & Expansion Stage
Before: Business has some loyal customers but limited market reach.
After: Number of products/services expanded, new partnerships created, marketing campaigns broadened.
✅ Advantages: Increases sales and revenue. Strengthens the brand. Provides opportunities to enter new markets.
❌Disadvantages: Higher expenses (marketing, staffing, operations). Competitors begin to take notice. Over-dependence on rapid growth may be risky.
Year 3:
Stability & Scaling Stage:
Before: Business moderately profitable, still focused mainly on growth.
After: Business becomes stable, scalable systems established, sustainable profits achieved.
✅ Advantages: Strong market position. Steady income with loyal customer base. Opportunities for new investments, franchising, or diversification.
❌ Disadvantages: Growth may slow once the market becomes saturated. Pressure to innovate and adapt. Risk of stagnation without new strategies.
